PDAX App | How do I upgrade to Premium?

  1. Open the PDAX mobile app and log in to your account
  2. Tap More on the lower right corner of the home page
  3. Select Support
  4. File a request on the support page and fill in the following categories:
    • Type of issue - Account Management
    • I need help with - Premium Upgrade Application
  5. Upload all the required documents and fill in your personal details
  6. Review your application and click Submit
