What if I don’t have a proof of residence under my name?

In case you don’t have a proof of address under your name, you may still upgrade your verified account to Premium by submitting a Certificate of Residence, which must be signed both by you and the individual making the certification on your behalf. In addition, a copy of the ID of the bill owner must be submitted for validation.

Please note that the person making the certification must either be your:
a. Employer
b. Landlord
c. Parent/legal guardian
d. Spouse

You can download a copy of our Certificate of Residence form and fill it out. Once all documents and requirements for Premium Upgrade are complete, kindly submit these at our Contact Us form under the following categories:

b. I need help with - Premium Upgrade Application
