How do I manually withdraw fiat or crypto from PDAX? (PDAX Prime Users Only)

To withdraw your funds without needing a callback for each request, please whitelist the bank accounts and/or crypto wallets by following the instructions in the next section

You can manually withdraw your funds in two ways:

Request via email 

1. Crypto

Send an email to the Support Page with the following details

• PDAX email address
• Date
• Amount
• Token Symbol
• Network
• Exchange, if not a wallet
• Beneficiary Wallet Address
• Beneficiary Full Name
• Memo (if Applicable)
• Purpose of Transaction

Please expect a callback via Google Meet from one of the members of the PDAX team to verify the details of the withdrawal.

2. Fiat

Send an email to the Support Page with the following details

• PDAX email address
• Date
• Amount
• Currency
• Beneficiary Account Name
• Beneficiary Account Number
• Beneficiary Address
• Beneficiary Bank Name
• Beneficiary Bank Branch Address
• Purpose of Transaction
• Mode of Transfer (See corresponding fees on https://pdax.ph/fees/)

  • PHP Transfer Type:

    • Instapay 

    • Pesonet 

    • RTGS  

    • UB Direct 

  • USD Transfer Type:

    • PDDTS 

    • Swift  

    • UB Direct

• Swift Code (if INTL USD)
• Choose how the transaction fee is applied:

  • Add on top – The fee is charged in addition to the amount you're sending or paying. The recipient receives the full amount.

  • Deduct from total – The fee is subtracted from the amount, so the recipient receives slightly less than the original total.
    

Please expect a callback via Google Meet from one of the members of the PDAX team to verify the details of the withdrawal.

PDAX Support Page

1. Go to the Support Page
2. Select “Deposits and Withdrawals”
3. In the “I need help with” field, select “My Cash Withdrawal” or “My Crypto Withdrawal”
4. Fill out the required fields and attach proof of deposit
5. Under the “Details” field, please provide the following information
   • Manual Crypto Withdrawal
     1. PDAX email address
     2. Date
     3. Amount
     4. Token Symbol
     5. Network

     7. Beneficiary Wallet Address

     12. Choose how you’re charged for the transaction:
