If you received an error message that your account is locked upon logging in, you may have entered an incorrect password multiple times.
To unlock your account:
- Return to the login screen and click or tap on “Forgot password.”
- Enter your registered PDAX email address on the forgot password screen.
- You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password, which will be required in setting up your new password.
If you’re still encountering a locked error message, there may be missing information in your account. Reach out to customer support to update your account information.
