How do I unlock my account?

If you received an error message that your account is locked upon logging in, you may have entered an incorrect password multiple times.


To unlock your account:

  1. Return to the login screen and click or tap on Reset Password.

  2. Enter your registered PDAX email address on the Reset password screen.


  1. You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password, which will be required in setting up your new password.


If you’re still encountering a locked error message, there may be missing information in your account. Reach out to customer support to update your account information by filing a support ticket here or sending an email at support@pdax.ph.
