Please note that only one (1) account is allowed per client.
If you have created more than one account and are encountering an account locked error, please reach out to our support team with the details of the account you wish to keep. Once confirmed, all other accounts will be restricted.
To resolve this issue, you will need to choose which account to maintain and which one(s) to suspend:
- Email to keep: Indicate the email address of the account you wish to maintain.
- Email(s) to suspend: List the email addresses associated with the duplicate account(s) you wish to suspend.
Once we receive this information, we will assist you in suspending the duplicate account(s) and ensure your preferred account remains active.
If you have funds in your other accounts, please transfer them to the account you wish to keep. If the duplicate accounts are still at Level 1 (L1) Basic Account and you have funds deposited, please contact our support team so we can assist you in liquidating and transferring your funds to the account you wish to keep active.
