Why you might see an “Unsupported Jurisdiction” message on PDAX

PDAX restricts account activity from certain jurisdictions to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

What does “Unsupported Jurisdiction” mean?

This means you are trying to use PDAX from a country or territory where we currently do not allow:

• Account registration

• Identity verification (KYC)

• Cashing in or out

• Other crypto-related services
