What if I lost the device I used to set up my account’s 2FA?

In case you lost the mobile device with the OTP generator app that you used for your PDAX 2FA, kindly send us a support request through our Contact Us form. Choose the following categories:
     a. Type of Issue - Account Management
     b. I need help with - Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
 
Fill out all the required information and attach a selfie of yourself holding a paper stating "2FA Deactivation", along with your three (3) specimen signatures and date of request.

Once you've emailed a request to deactivate your 2FA, our Account Management Team will validate your information. You can expect your account to be unlocked within 1 to 2 business days.
