What if I lost the device I used to set up my account’s 2FA?

In case you lost the mobile device with the OTP generator app that you used for your PDAX 2FA, kindly send us a support request through our Contact Us form. Choose the following categories:
     a. Type of Issue - Account Management
     b. I need help with - Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
 
A Zoom callback verification is required to process your request. Our team will coordinate with you to select a preferred schedule that fits your availability.
