How do I disable the two-factor authentication (2FA) on my PDAX account?

Modified on Tue, 25 Feb at 3:11 PM

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a must-have for your PDAX account. It fortifies your security, protects your assets, and provides peace of mind.

If for any reason you want to disable the 2FA security feature on your account, here's how:

1. Go to web.pdax.ph and log in to your account. You should be able to log in using your 2FA since you still have access to it.
Note: You may access the site through your phone's web browser for mobile users.

2. You will be directed to the Home page and click My Account.

3. Click on "Security" and enter your password.

4. Enter your Authentication code from the Google Authenticator app then click "Submit".

5. Select disable 2FA.

6. 2FA Disabled.
