How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) code on my account?

  1. Download the Google Authenticator app.

  2. Log into your PDAX account on web.pdax.ph.

  3. Go to your account settings, or to web.pdax.ph/account and click on Security.

  4. Input your password.

  5. Select Enable 2FA button. You will be redirected to a page with a QR code or a setup key.

  6. Scan the QR code using your Google Authenticator app, or copy the setup key and paste it into the next page on the Enable 2FA module on web.pdax.ph.

  7. Input the current OTP on your Google Authenticator app on on the Enable 2FA module on web.pdax.ph.

  8. Once you've successfully enabled 2FA, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit OTP generated by the Google Authenticator app every time you log in, in addition to providing your login credentials.

  9. You will also get a system-generated email confirming that you have successfully enabled 2FA.
