In order for the generated OTP to work, the timezone on both your mobile device and your computer must be set to automatic. This applies to all OTP generated from different OTP generators such as Google, Authy, or Microsoft.
Please refer to the steps given below to troubleshoot it further:
For iOS devices:
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Date and Time
Enable Set Automatically
For Android Devices:
Go to Settings
Select General Management
Select Date and Time
Enable Automatic Date and Time
