Why do I need to verify my account?

After you’ve signed up and completed your registration, you will need to verify your account to start using the different features on PDAX. These include cash in, cash out, sending and receiving digital assets, and placing trade orders.


Once your account is verified, you can take advantage of the daily, monthly, and annual cash transaction limits allowed for verified accounts.

Trading digital assets is an activity that is strictly governed by rules that require PDAX to verify your identity. Our account levels and its corresponding transaction limits reflect our continuous commitment to complying with these rules to prevent activities that may compromise your account, your assets, and your security.
