- Open the PDAX mobile app and login to your account
- Go to your account settings
- Select Change Password and you will be redirected to the web app
- Enter your registered PDAX email address and click Reset Password
- Enter the email OTP and nominate your new password. Make sure to comply with our minimum password requirements. Type your new password again to make sure that there is no mistake and click Set Password.
- You will receive an email to confirm that you have successfully updated your password.
