How do I change my password?

Keeping your password strong and secure is crucial. Follow these simple steps to update your password on our mobile app:

  1. Log in to your account using your current password.
  2. Navigate to your account settings.
  3. Navigate to Security. Enter your current password for verification.
  4. Select the "Change Password" option.
  5. Create a strong, unique new password. Follow these requirements to ensure that your password is complex:
  • Contains 8-20 characters
  • Must contain 1 uppercase letter
  • Must contain 1 lowercase letter
  • Must contain 1 numeric digit
  • Must contain 1 special character
  1. Confirm your new password.
  2. Save your changes.
  3. Your password is now updated, and your account is more secure.
