How do I report a suspicious activity?

Due to the nature of our business, PDAX strictly prohibits any activity that is or can be construed as fraudulent, suspicious, or a scam.

If you see any transaction being conducted on our platform or on behalf of our company that may raise concerns, please report it immediately so that we can take the necessary actions.

We highly encourage you to always stay vigilant in keeping your account secure. We also urge you to be proactive in reporting questionable incidents since suspicious activities and scams can come in many forms. 

Some instances that should be reported immediately are the following:
  • Someone had unauthorized access to your PDAX account
  • Someone claims to be a representative of PDAX and asks for your personal information
  • Someone uses our company name to solicit monetary contributions from you
PDAX will never ask for your password or 2FA code via email, text, or other means of communication outside of our login page on our official website.

To report any suspicious activity, please raise a support ticket.
