How do I withdraw my digital assets on PDAX?

1. Go to web.pdax.ph and log in to your account.

2. Tap “Portfolio” in the upper right corner.

3. Choose the cryptocurrency that you would like to withdraw and tap “Send.”

4. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency that you would like to withdraw.

5. Paste the recipient’s wallet address.

6. Review the quotation provided then click “Send.”

• Please take note of the supported network and withdrawal fees before sending your crypto.

7. Check your email with the subject “[PDAX] Authorization Request” and enter your 6-digit email OTP to confirm the transaction

• Tap “Confirm Payment Out” within 10 minutes to proceed with your transfer.

8. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal is successful.
