How do I use the “Saved Recipients” feature?

  1. The Saved Recipients feature lets you securely store and manage frequently used cryptocurrency wallet addresses. This makes withdrawals faster and more convenient.

    How do I save a recipient’s wallet address?

    Option 1: From your Portfolio page

    1. Go to your Portfolio, then tap “Send.”

    2. Under Saved Recipients, select “Add new recipient.”

    3. Enter the following details:

      • Nickname (optional)

      • Asset

      • Network

      • Recipient Address

    4. Once saved, you can send crypto directly to this recipient.

  2. Option 2: After a successful crypto transfer

    • Once you send crypto, tap Save as recipient on the confirmation screen.

    • Add a nickname (optional), and the recipient will be saved for future use.

  3. Option 3: From your Wallet History

    1. Go to your Wallet History, then select a completed crypto transaction.

    2. On the transaction details, tap Save as recipient.

    3. Enter a nickname if needed.

  4. FAQs

    Can I save multiple wallet addresses?
    Yes. You can save as many as you want. Each address can also be given a nickname for easy identification.

    Can I delete a saved recipient?
    Yes. Swipe left on the recipient and tap the remove icon to delete.

    Is there a limit to the number of addresses I can save?
    No. You can save unlimited wallet addresses.

    What if I need to withdraw to an address that isn’t saved?
    You can still enter a new wallet address during withdrawal.

    Can I use Saved Recipients for all cryptocurrencies?
    Yes. This feature is available for all supported assets on PDAX.
