What should I do if the ETH I received comes from an ETH wallet that uses smart contracts?

Your PDAX ETH wallet is designed to handle simple ETH payments only. It does not support smart contracts.

Because of this, deposits and withdrawals that involve ETH wallets using smart contracts cannot be credited in real time.

For exchanges that support simple ETH transfers, funds sent between their ETH wallets and your PDAX ETH wallet will be credited immediately.
