You can change the following personal information you used to register on PDAX:
- Name*
- Address
- Email address
- Mobile number
*Only for a person who legally changed their name (supporting documents such as primary ID with new name must be provided; not for transfer or change of account ownership).
To process and validate your request, kindly send us a support request through our Contact Us form. Choose the following categories:
a. Type of Issue - Account Management
b. I need help with - Updating my account information
Fill out all the required information and attach a selfie of you holding a paper stating your request and the information being updated, along with three (3) specimen signatures.
Once you've emailed your account information update request, our team will validate your information. You can expect your account to be updated within 1 to 2 days.
