Even if you are not actively using PDAX, there is no need to close or deactivate your account as keeping it open is FREE of charge. We do not require any maintaining balance, so you can come back anytime when you want to use your PDAX account again.
However, if you wish to proceed with closing your account, please consider withdrawing your remaining balance prior to initiating your account deletion request.
To initiate the request, please fill out our Contact Us form with your details, so one of our representatives can reach out to you and assist you with your concern.
Please note that we will retain some of your personal information for a minimum of five (5) years as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
