Why did I get a notification about a login attempt?

Every time you log in to your PDAX account, you will receive an email notification to alert you about this.

This is a security measure designed to call your attention as soon as possible in case there is unauthorized access to your PDAX account.

In case this was not you or you believe that someone unauthorized had accessed your account, make sure to change your password immediately and report it to us via our contact form by logging in or creating a Freshdesk account here or you can send us an email at 
[email protected].
