Paymaya basic accounts are no longer supported on PDAX since April 23, 2021. Kindly ensure that you have a verified/upgraded Paymaya account in order to complete your cash-in and/or cash-out request.
- Open the PDAX mobile app and log in to your account.
- Tap the Wallet icon.
- Once on your Wallet, tap the Cash Out button.
- Tap E-Wallet and select PayMaya Wallet Transfer.
- Provide all the details needed and tap Next. For PayMaya, you will need to provide the following information:
- Cash-Out Amount
- Account Name
- Mobile Number
- Review your cash-out details and tap Confirm to proceed.
- Check your PDAX-registered email address for our system-generated message with further information about your cash-out request. Please take note that different channels have different waiting time as to when your cash-out amount will be credited.
NOTE: In case you notice a discrepancy between the amount of your holdings in the PDAX mobile app and on the desktop version, kindly log out and log in again. If the issue persists, please file a support ticket here or you can send us an email at [email protected]..
