What happens when I raise a support request?

Once you’ve sent your support request, you will receive an acknowledgment email to confirm that you have successfully submitted a request for assistance regarding the concern you raised.

One of our customer success associates will get back to you via email with comprehensive feedback about your concern within 1 to 2 business days.

In certain cases, we will need to reach out to you via phone call to get additional information and clarify the issue/s that you’ve raised in your support request.
