What happens when I raise a support ticket?

Once you’ve sent your support request, you will receive an acknowledgment email to confirm that you have successfully submitted a request for assistance regarding the concern you raised.


One of our Customer Success Associates will get back to you via email with a more comprehensive feedback about your concern within 24 hours.


In certain cases, we will need to reach out to you via phone call to get additional information and clarify the issue/s that you’ve raised in your support request.
