How to deposit PHP to your PDAX account

1. Open the PDAX app and log in.

2. Select Cash In.

3. Choose from online, e-wallet, or OTC channels.

4. Enter your cash-in amount and details, then tap “Cash-In.”

   • Minimum deposit, fees, and processing times vary per channel.

   • Check your email/SMS for payment instructions.

   • If you don’t see the email right away, check your spam or junk folder.
     
     

5. You’ll receive a confirmation once your cash-in is processed.
   
   

For Bank Transfer and PESONet requests:

• Fill out our Contact Us form and select:

  • Type of Issue: Account Funding & Withdrawal

  • I need help with: Submitting my Deposit Slip
    
    

• Attach a screenshot of your deposit slip or proof of payment (SMS/email).

• For overseas users, include your current location and time zone.

How to Withdraw PHP from your PDAX account

1. Open the PDAX app and log in.

2. Go to your Portfolio and tap Cash out.

3. Choose from online, e-wallet, or OTC channels.

4. Enter your cash-out amount and details.

   • Minimum withdrawal, fees, and processing times vary per channel.

5. Enter the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email.

   • If you don’t see the email right away, check your spam or junk folder.

6. You’ll receive a confirmation once your cash-out request is processed.
