What should I do if my primary wallet still shows zero even after I’ve sent cryptocurrency to my PDAX account?

By default, all cryptocurrency transactions have a series of confirmations required before it gets validated on the blockchain. Please give it time and once your transaction has been confirmed, your balance will be updated.
