Why hasn't my cash-in arrived yet?

While many of our Cash In channels offer real-time processing, others may take more time to process and reflect in your account. Make sure to read each channel's description carefully to know how quickly transactions are processed.

 

TIP: To avoid delays, please make sure to properly follow the instructions presented to complete your Cash In transaction. Double check to ensure that all details are correct, and take note of important information.

 

If your pending transaction has exceeded the indicated processing time and you have not yet received confirmation of a successful transaction, you may file a support ticket by logging in or creating a Freshdesk account here or you can send us an email at support@pdax.ph.
