Cash In | OTC | Direct Deposit (Union Bank of the Philippines)

  1.  Log in and go to Funds. You can find this on the upper part of your screen.
  2. Choose Payment In.
  3. Select PHP under Fiat Currencies and click Cash In. This will redirect you to a new screen or a pop-up window where you can view all your cash-in options.
  4. Select Over-the-Counter and choose Bank Deposit from the cash-in options. NOTE: The Safari browser blocks pop-up windows by default. Please adjust your browser settings to allow pop-up windows so you can launch the payment portal of PDAX.
  5. Provide your cash-in amount and select the bank where you want to pay. You can choose between UnionBank of the Philippines (UBP).
  6. Click Next after you've entered your cash-in details.
  7. The instructions for cashing in will appear on the screen once you have created the cash-in transaction. In case you need to refer to these instructions again, simply go to Recent Transactions, select your pending cash-in request, and click Details. You will also receive these instructions in your email.
  8. Once paid, upload a copy of your deposit slip or proof of payment at our Contact Us form. Choose the following categories and fill out all the required information:
  • Type of Issue - Deposits and Withdrawals
  • I need help with - Submitting my Deposit Slip

Your cash-in amount will be credited to your PDAX wallet within one (1) to three (3) banking days and you will receive an email notification. Failure to submit your proof of deposit or to provide accurate cash-in information can delay the crediting of funds to your PDAX account.
  • For cash deposits: Deposit slips submitted before 3:30 PM will be credited to your PDAX account within the same banking day. Deposit slips submitted after 3:30 PM, on weekends, or during the holidays will be credited to your PDAX account on the next banking day.
  • For check payments: Check deposits are subject to clearing and will only be posted on your PDAX account after the funds have been cleared.
