You can add funds to your PDAX account through any of our local partners (online banks, e-wallets, over-the-counter channels). But first, you must have a verified PDAX account.
Once your account is verified, log in and submit a cash-in request using your preferred payment channel. To do this, go to Funds > Payment In > PHP > Cash In > [Payment Channel]. You will receive an automatic email confirmation after submitting your request.
Please avoid making deposits using foreign banks, whether through Instapay or via direct bank transfers, as this will cause delays.
If you choose our over-the-counter cash-in option, you will need to pay your cash-in amount at the payment partner you selected and submit a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment via support ticket. You will also need to provide additional details when you do this, as enumerated in the email you will receive.
Please note that the convenience fee and waiting time vary for each payment channel. If you don't see our email in your inbox right after submitting your request, please check your spam or junk folder.
