Initiated via PDAX Platform
- Login to the PDAX mobile app or website
- Select Portfolio
- Choose Cash In
- Select Large deposit > Online Bank Transfer
- Input the amount to be deposited and select Unionbank/Sterling in the dropdown box
- Do a bank transfer from your bank’s app or website to PDAX’s bank account as shown in the screen
- Send the screenshot of the deposit slip with your deposit code by (a) replying to the email you received or (b) via the support page.
Initiated via Email (For PDAX Prime Users Only)
- Transfer the funds to either of the following PDAX Bank accounts
- Unionbank (PHP)
- Account Name: PHILIPPINE DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE INC (PDAX)
- Account Number: 00-059-008380-6
- Sterling Bank
- Account Name: Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), Inc.
- Account Number: 002500-6-000044-61
- Unionbank (PHP)
- Send the proof of deposit to [email protected] with the subject line “Direct Deposit”
- If you have an OTC trade you are funding, please include the OTC Trade # in the email body for faster processing
Initiated via Support Page (For PDAX Prime Users Only)
- Transfer the funds to either of the following PDAX Bank accounts
- Unionbank
- Account Name: PHILIPPINE DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE INC (PDAX)
- Account Number: 00-059-008380-6
- Sterling Bank
- Account Name: Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), Inc.

- Unionbank
- Go to the support page
- Select “Deposits and Withdrawals”
- In the “I need help with” field, select “Submitting my Deposit Slip”
- Fill out the required fields and attach proof of deposit
- Click “Submit”
