How can we help you?

What happens if my bond isn’t auto-reinvested?

Modified on Tue, 14 Jul at 5:37 PM

If Auto-Reinvest doesn’t push through, your maturity proceeds, which include your principal investment plus earned returns, will be credited to your wallet.

Common reasons include:

  • Your maturity proceeds are below the ₱500 minimum amount

  • Your awarded bond amount is below the ₱500 minimum because of partial awarding, which you may learn more about this here

  • Auto-Reinvest was turned off before maturity

Reminder: You’ll also receive an email notification if Auto-Reinvest does not push through.
