How do I cash in using GrabPay?

If you want to cash in through GrabPay, you can choose between using InstaPay or direct debit.

1. On your PDAX Home page, tap Cash In.

2. Select Online Transaction.

3. Select GrabPay.

4. Enter the amount you’d like to cash in.

5. Tap the “Cash-In” button to continue.

6. Review your transaction, then tap Cash In.

7. You will then be redirected to the GrabPay portal

8. Follow the instructions from GrabPay to complete your fund transfer.

Please wait a few moments for your transaction to be processed. Do not leave the page or close the app until the transaction is complete.
