Transfer cryptocurrency through the PDAX Web Exchange

How to Deposit Cryptocurrency to your PDAX Account

1. Go to web.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. You will be directed to the "Home" page

3. Click “My Wallet”

4. Choose the cryptocurrency that you would like to deposit and click "Crypto In"

• Kindly be reminded to send crypto using the correct and supported network

5. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address displayed

6. Paste your wallet address into the platform or wallet from which you wish to withdraw your crypto from

• ETH/USDC/USDT deposits from smart contracts will be manually processed and will not be automatically credited.
• In order to process smart contracts, please send us a support ticket. Choose the following:
  Type of Issue - Deposits and Withdrawals
  I need help with - My Crypto Deposit

7. You will receive an email notification once your crypto deposit is credited

How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency from your PDAX Account

1. Go to web.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. You will be directed to the "Home" page

3. Click “My Wallet”

4. Choose the cryptocurrency that you would like to send and click "Crypto Out"

5. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency that you would like to send

6. Paste the recipient wallet address

7. Review the quotation provided then click “Withdraw”

• Please take note of the supported network and withdrawal fees before sending your crypto

9. Check your email with the subject “PDAX Payment Out Confirm - Action Required” or enter your 6-digit two-factor authentication code/email OTP (channel dependent on coins being withdrawn) to confirm the transaction

• Click on “Confirm Payment Out” within 10 minutes to proceed with your transfer

10. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal is successful
