We have automatically converted all Partner accounts to PDAX Prime. As such, you can already enjoy a full suite of features including:

How do I access PDAX OTC?
PDAX OTC is available exclusively to PDAX Prime customers. Please email us so we can set up your access via your preferred chat application (Viber, Telegram, or Whatsapp). As required for this service, we need to show you the terms and conditions and obtain your consent.
Can PDAX Prime manage my crypto portfolio?
The PDAX Prime team only provides guidance on crypto, blockchain, and the many wonderful products that it helps create. Advisory services and discretionary portfolio management or similar services are not included.
Will the PDAX Prime team look at my portfolio for me?
The PDAX Prime team cannot personally monitor your crypto portfolio. This remains to be the responsibility of customers. We can only help discuss products, crypto updates, and use cases for self-directed individuals who want complete control over their crypto investments.

Can I book PDAX Prime to do a seminar in the company I own or work for?
Crypto is our passion and we are delighted to conduct educational events for a wide range of organizations. Email us so we can provide speaker information and lock in the schedules.
What are the requirements to have a PDAX Prime account?
PDAX Prime is designed for clients who want to be in the front seat of the crypto revolution. To upgrade to this account, you must have expected monthly transactions of at least ₱50,000. Please note that this is an estimate, and the actual volume may differ.
Will my account be downgraded from PDAX Prime if I don’t meet my expected volume?
You will still be a PDAX Prime client even if you don’t meet the expected monthly volume. We understand that clients have different trading styles and behaviors.
Can I open a joint account in PDAX Prime with a spouse or partner?
Multiple account holders are currently not supported in PDAX. As it stands, a PDAX account must only have one owner.
Will my account be automatically upgraded if I reach the minimum expected volume of ₱50,000?
We don’t automatically upgrade clients to PDAX Prime. You will have to undergo an additional verification process.
Are there any fees you pay for educational services?
All our crypto learning events are FREE for PDAX Prime customers.
Are there any membership fees you charge for PDAX Prime?
We do not charge membership fees or additional commissions. PDAX Prime is a free premium service for clients who require the most out of our crypto exchange.
What happens to my account when I pass away?
Your PDAX prime account will be subject to existing laws on estate settlement. The client’s heirs can get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I ask for help from the PDAX Prime team to transfer my crypto to another wallet?
As a security measure, the PDAX prime team cannot entertain requests for the withdrawal of money or crypto to other wallets. The clients should process withdrawals themselves through the PDAX app or website.
What should I do if I cannot access my PDAX Prime account?
Password reset options are available both on mobile and web apps. You will then be directed to your registered email, which contains the link to reset your password. You can also contact us should you have any difficulties.
Can I do without two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Given the financial nature of your account with PDAX Prime, you are required to activate your 2FA. You can use third-party applications like Google Authenticator or Authy for this purpose. Feel free to contact us for detailed instructions or a walkthrough.
As a PDAX Prime client, can I request in-person consultations?
PDAX prime cannot accommodate personal consultations. As each person has a different financial plan, stature, and goal, advising on specific investments or products is not within our scope of services so as to give you complete control over your financial future. What PDAX Prime provides is guidance which consists of (1) providing all relevant information to customers and (2) helping customers understand this information so that they can make their own decisions.
Do we have a maximum trading limit as a Prime client?
PDAX Prime clients have no limits in terms of their trading, provided that they completed the verification process required for PDAX Prime.
How does Prime differ from the preferred services of other crypto exchanges?
Other crypto exchanges focus on the use cases for a trader, therefore, providing the necessary resources to allow customers to find success in trading. PDAX Prime, on the other hand, promotes knowledge of the many different use cases like (a) crypto cost averaging, (b) remittance, (c) yield, and (d) NFTs aside from the trading use case.

Will I have just one Prime consultant for the duration of my membership or can I replace my advisors?
You will have access to a team in PDAX Prime who can offer guidance on cryptocurrencies. However, our team cannot give financial advice nor are the members called advisors. If a team member cannot answer a particular question on the use of specific crypto, it will be handled by a more suitable member.
What happens if I lose money after following the tips of my advisor?
PDAX Prime is NOT in the business of financial advice. PDAX Prime will also NOT give any tips on cryptocurrencies or hot tokens. The PDAX Prime team believes in the do-it-yourself approach and will only offer guidance or information for individual customers to help them make decisions comfortably on their own. The guidance materials are sourced by the PDAX Prime members from reputable sources, but clients are always encouraged to do their own research and try to validate the guidance materials.
