If you’ve enabled the option in the PDAX mobile app to keep your account logged in for 30 days, you may encounter issues when accessing the app after a maintenance.
These issues may include being stuck on loading status or unable to access the trade page once you open the app. If this happens, please log out of the app and log in again.
This will ensure that all our in-app features and services are updated after a maintenance.
