If you're using our web-based exchange, please clear your browser's cache after every maintenance to avoid getting an error message when you try to access the trade page.
To do this, here's how:
Google Chrome App

Open the Chrome App on your device.

Tap the three dots to open the settings menu. You may find this on the top right or lower right corner of your screen, depending on your device.

Select History and tap Clear Browsing Data.

Adjust the Time Range to include the date/time you want to clear.

Select "Cached Image and Files".

Tap Clear Browsing Data.


Safari App

Go to your device's Settings and select Safari.

Tap Clear History and Website Data.

After that, tap Advanced to clear your browser's cookies.

Select Website Data and tap Remove All Website Data.
Note: Clearing your browsing history, cookies, and browsing data on Safari won't affect your autofill information.


Google Chrome (desktop)

Open your Chrome browser.

Click the three dots on the top right corner of your screen.

Select More Tools.
-
Click Clear Browsing Data.

Make sure to check "Cached images and files".

Click Clear Data.
