Due to security concerns, the PDAX mobile app will not run on an emulator or if you use a jailbroken/rooted device.
An emulator is a hardware, software, or app that enables you to simulate the operating system of another device.
Meanwhile, a jailbroken/rooted device is a device that has been modified to override the limitations imposed on its operating system.
The term “jailbroken device” refers to modified Apple devices, which use the iOS operating system, while the term “rooted device” refers to modified Android devices.
PDAX strongly recommends against using an emulator or a jailbroken/rooted device to access the PDAX mobile app due to the security risks and vulnerabilities that it poses.
If your mobile device is jailbroken/rooted and you need to access your PDAX account, please log in at www.pdax.ph or at web.pdax.ph/.
