I’m a GrabPay user. What cash-in options are available?

If you want to cash in through GrabPay, you can choose between using Instapay or direct debit.

Using GrabPay Debit Pull

1. On your PDAX Home page, click Cash In
2. Select Online Transaction
3. Select GrabPay
4. Enter the amount you’d like to cash in
5. Click the Cash In button to continue
6. Review your transaction, then click Confirm
7. You will then be redirected to the GrabPay portal
8. Follow the instructions from GrabPay to complete your fund transfer
