Open the PDAX mobile app and log in to your account.

Tap the Wallet icon.

Once on your Wallet, tap the Cash In button.

Select your preferred cash-in channel. You can choose from online, e-wallet, or OTC.

Enter your cash-in amount and tap Next.

Review your cash-in details and tap Confirm to proceed.
If you’re an existing PDAX user, there is no need to transfer your funds or cryptocurrencies from your primary wallet to your exchange wallet and vice versa when using the PDAX mobile app.
All your funds and digital assets are directly accessible once you log in to the PDAX mobile app regardless of which PDAX wallet it is currently stored.
NOTE: In case you notice a discrepancy between the amount of your holdings in the PDAX mobile app and in the desktop version, kindly log out of your account and log in again. If the issue persists, please send us a support request through our Contact Us form.
