• PDAX vouchers will be available on Shopee from May 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022.
• The promo is open to both new and existing PDAX users.
  • For existing users, please make sure that your PDAX account is verified in order to redeem the PDAX vouchers.
  • For users who are in the process of verifying their PDAX accounts, please make sure that your account will be verified within the 7-day redemption period. Also, please make sure to check your email regularly as our Client Services Team sends feedback regarding your verification request via email.
  • For new PDAX users who wish to avail of the PDAX vouchers, please verify your account first before you buy the PDAX vouchers as the redemption period starts from the date of purchase.
• The voucher must be redeemed within 7 business days upon purchase from Shopee. If you’re unable to redeem your voucher within 7 business days, please feel free to contact the PDAX Client Services Team here.
• Only verified PDAX users are allowed to redeem a voucher. In case the value of the user’s purchased voucher exceeds his account’s cash transaction limit, he or she will be asked to upgrade his account to Premium by complying with its requirements.
• For vouchers bought on the last day of the promo period, verified PDAX users have until January 10, 2023 (or 7 business days from December 31, 2022) to redeem.
• In case a PDAX user is not eligible to redeem the PDAX voucher they bought because their account is not verified, the PDAX voucher is transferable and can be given to another PDAX user who is eligible to redeem it—provided they do so within the allowed redemption period.
• Voucher redemption requests are processed by PDAX from Mondays to Fridays. For vouchers redeemed during weekends and holidays, they will be processed on the next business day.
• The amount of cryptocurrency you will receive from your redeemed PDAX voucher will depend on the market rate at 3:00 PM (PHT) the next business day after these cut-off periods:
  • Voucher requests are received on weekdays from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (PHT).
  • Voucher requests are received on weekends and holidays.
• The conversion will follow the minimum quantity, quantity steps, and price steps in the exchange. Any excess value as a result of the conversion will be forfeited.
• The converted cryptocurrency value of the voucher will be credited to the user’s PDAX account within 5 to 8 business days after the successful voucher redemption by the client. The user will be notified by the Client Services Team of PDAX via email once the amount has been successfully credited to their account.
• The PDAX voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed via the PDAX website.
• Once payment is made to Shopee, the order cannot be canceled.
• Voucher codes are for one-time use only. Unused balance cannot be stored or used in any other way.
• The purchasers are bound by these terms and conditions, including amendments and revisions that may be made periodically.
