1. Go to web.pdax.ph and log in to your account
2. You will be directed to the Home page then click “My Wallet” on the upper right corner
3. View your wallet and go to Wallet History and click on the Cash-In request you want to cancel
4. Click "Details"
5. Click "Cancel Transaction" to confirm
6. You will receive a notification that your cash-in request has been successfully cancelled. You will also receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Note: Manual cancellations are only applicable for DragonPay cash-in requests. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the validity to expire.
