Every time you log in to your PDAX account, you will receive an email notification to alert you about this.
This is a security measure designed to call your attention as soon as possible in case there is an unauthorized access to your PDAX account. The notification will inform you of the location and the IP Address where the login was initiated.
In case this was not you or you believe that someone unauthorized had accessed your account, make sure to change your password immediately and report it to us via our Contact Us form.
