While it rarely happens that a verification request will be declined, it is possible if you are unable to sufficiently comply with all of the verification requirements set by PDAX.
If this happens, you can submit another account verification request on the platform with the correct and valid documents.
In case of blurry selfie, expired ID, or unreadable documents submitted, you will be notified via email and will be given five (5) business days to provide the correct documents.
To avoid delays in the processing of your verification, please make sure that the documents that you will submit are included in the list of valid documents accepted and that they are not expired. You should also make sure that all of the details in your documents are legible.
