How do I withdraw my digital assets on PDAX?

1. Go to web.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. You will be directed to the "Home" page

3. Click “Portfolio” on the upper right corner

4. Choose the cryptocurrency that you would like to send and click "Crypto Out"

5. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency that you would like to send

6. Paste the recipient wallet address

7. Review the quotation provided then click “Withdraw”

• Please take note of the supported network and withdrawal fees before sending your crypto

9. Check your email with the subject “PDAX Payment Out Confirm - Action Required” or enter your 6-digit two factor authentication code/email OTP (channel dependent on coins being withdrawn) to confirm the transaction

• Click on “Confirm Payment Out” within 10 minutes to proceed with your transfer

10. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal is successful
