You can add funds to your PDAX account by cashing in using any of our online or over-the-counter payment channels.
To do this, you must first have a verified PDAX account. Once your account is verified, log in and submit a cash-in request using your preferred payment channel.
You can do this by going to My Wallet > Cash In > [Payment Channel]. You will receive a system-generated email once your request is submitted.
If you choose our over-the-counter cash-in option, you will need to pay your cash-in amount at the payment channel you selected and submit a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment via support ticket. You will also need to provide additional details when you do this, as enumerated in the email.
Please note that the convenience fee and waiting time vary for each payment channel. If you don’t see our email in your inbox right after submitting your request, please check your Spam or junk folder.
