We aim to enhance the security and ease of cashing out by enabling users to save recipient details for future transactions.
You can save your recipient details through the PDAX mobile app and web.pdax.ph.
Using the PDAX mobile application and website BEFORE creating a cash out transaction
- On PDAX Home page, click Cash Out
- Under Saved Recipients, click Add New Recipient
- Fill up below recipient details:
- Nickname
- Payment Channel
- Account Name
- Account Number
- Recipient’s First Name
- Recipient’s Last Name
- Country
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- Province
- Zip Code
- Purpose of transfer
- Review the details and then click Saved
- Wait for your request to be processed
Using the PDAX mobile application and website AFTER creating a cash out transaction
There are two ways to save a recipient details after creating a cash out transaction:
- While cash out is being processed and
- Under transaction history
While cash out is being processed:
- Create a cash out transaction (You may refer here on how to create a cash out transaction.)
- Under the Cash Out Processing screen, click the Save as a recipient
- Verify below recipient details. Add necessary information if needed:
- Nickname
- Payment Channel
- Account Name
- Account Number
- Recipient’s First Name
- Recipient’s Last Name
- Country
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- Province
- Zip Code
- Purpose of transfer
- Click Saved and wait for your request to be processed
Under transaction history:
- Under Portfolio, click Wallet History or
- Click Cash Out, click Wallet History
- In Wallet History, select the cash out transaction you want to save
- In the Cash Out transactions details, click the Save as a recipient
- Verify below recipient details. Add necessary information if needed:
- Nickname
- Payment Channel
- Account Name
- Account Number
- Recipient’s First Name
- Recipient’s Last Name
- Country
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- Province
- Zip Code
- Purpose of transfer
- Click Saved and wait for your request to be processed
Successfully saved details will display on the list of Saved Recipients that can be used for your next cash out transaction.
