Log in and go to Funds. You can find this on the upper part of your screen.
Choose Payment In.
Select PHP under Fiat Currencies and click Cash In. This will take you to another screen, or a pop-up window depending on your browser, with all the available cash-in options.
Choose Bank Deposit from the cash-in options.
Note: If you’re using Safari as your browser, pop-up windows are blocked by default. To launch the payment portal of PDAX, please adjust your Safari browser settings to allow pop-up windows.
Provide your cash-in amount and select your preferred bank where you want to pay. You can choose from UnionBank of the Philippines (UBP), Philippine National Bank (PNB), or Asia United Bank (AUB).
Note: Please leave the Referral Code blank for now. This feature will be available soon.
Click Next. A Transaction Created message will pop up to indicate that your cash-in request has been successfully submitted.
Check your inbox for our system-generated email and follow the instructions on how to proceed. Please note that your request is valid only for a limited period. This period varies per payment channel.
Once payment is done, please send us a copy of your deposit slip or proof of payment by using and completing our support ticket form. Make sure to select Submit Deposit Slip as category and include the following details in the description box:
Date of Deposit
PDAX-Registered Email Address
PDAX Reference ID
Your cash-in amount will be credited to your PDAX wallet within one (1) to three (3) banking days and you will be notified via email accordingly. Failure to submit your proof of deposit or to provide accurate cash-in information can delay the crediting of funds to your PDAX account.
For cash deposits: Deposit slips submitted before 10:00 AM will be credited to your PDAX account within the same banking day. Deposit slips submitted after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or during the holidays will be credited to your PDAX account on the next banking day.
For check payments: Check deposits are subject to clearing and will only be posted on your PDAX account after the funds have been cleared.
