The TradingView panel lets you see the movement and volatility of an asset’s price and volume over a given period of time.
By default, the TradingView panel displays a chart with candlestick-like bars that represent the ranges between the opening prices (represented by the top of the candlesticks) and the closing prices (base of the candlesticks) of the selected time periods.
Meanwhile, the wicks or the thin vertical lines that cut across the middle of the candlesticks show the ranges between the highest prices (top wick) and the lowest prices (bottom wick) of the same time periods.
Candlesticks and lines that represent an increasing price trend appear in green while those that represent a decreasing price trend appear in red.
The bars at the bottom of the default chart shows you changes in the trading volume across time.
You can customize how these types of information are displayed on the TradingView chart to fit the way you monitor the selected market.
