- Log in to your PDAX account.
- Click Upgrade Tier, which you can find below your name on the top left corner of the screen. You can also click Upgrade from the dropdown menu under My Account.
- Take note of the requirements to upgrade to the next tier. Once you have these requirements on hand, click the Upgrade button. You can only upgrade to the tier level next to your current tier.
- Complete the Personal Information form and follow the instructions that will be shown on the screen on how to proceed.
- Once done, click Submit. Our team will review your account upgrade request within 1 to 2 business days to ensure that all required IDs and/or documents are complied with. You will be informed of your account upgrade status through email.
