You can add funds to your PDAX account by cashing in using any of our online or over-the-counter payment channels.
To do this, you must first have a verified PDAX account. Once your account is verified, log in and submit a cash-in request using your preferred payment channel.
You can do this by going to Funds > Payment In > PHP > Cash In > [Payment Channel]. You will receive a system-generated email once your request is submitted.
If you selected any of our online payment channels, you need to click the “Pay Now” link found on the email that will be sent to your PDAX-registered email address. This will redirect you to the payment portal of your selected payment channel.
If you choose our over-the-counter cash-in option, you will need to pay your cash-in amount at the payment channel you selected and submit a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment via support ticket. You will also need to provide additional details when you do this, as enumerated on the email.
