A client’s verification request will be declined if he or she is unable to sufficiently comply with all of the verification requirements set by PDAX. If this happens, you can submit another account upgrade request on the platform with the correct and valid documents.
In case of blurry selfie, expired ID, or unreadable documents submitted, you will be notified via email and will be given five (5) business days to provide the correct documents.
To avoid delays in the processing of your verification, please make sure that the documents that you submitted are included in the list of valid documents accepted and that they are not expired. You should also make sure that all of the details in your documents are legible.
